I woke up one day to find out I suddenly had a warrant out for my arrest for an incident that had happened six months before. I was caught completely off guard and in over my head. Hiring Belinda Ertel was the best decision I could have made and I highly recommend if you also find yourself in unfortunate circumstances to do the same. She has extensive knowledge of the law on both sides of the courtroom and that was something I desperately needed. Despite not being her only client I always felt like I was. She always took the time to make sure I understood everything that was being said in and out of the courtroom, what my options were, and the best way to proceed. Even after the court decision had been made and the ball was in my court she still left an open line for me to contact her with any concerns. We hired Belinda to help us out on an aggravated assault case. After hearing our side of the story, she believed in us from day 1. We went to court twice and than pandemic hit. She kept in touch with us and kept us informed of everything that was going on durning the pandemic. After a month she got our case dismissed. She answer any and all questions that we had. She responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.

I hired Belinda because my mom said she was amazingly good and I was in need of a lawyer for an agg assault with a deadly weapon charge.. Belinda worked her magic and got it dismissed within a week of going to court!! I didn’t have to do a walk through or anything. My experience with Belinda was awesome. Belinda took on my family violence misdemeanor case and got it dismissed. This was my first time I ever ran into any legal issues and I understood that this charge would heavily impact my future employment and schooling. Another factor that I had to take into consideration was financing. I did not have the sources to pay for expensive representation however, Belinda was able to ease all my concerns by placing me on a payment plan and her representation is very affordable. Because Belinda is a compassionate person, her interest is not the money; her interest is fighting for you to get your case dismissed. She will investigate your case thoroughly and inform you of all the options that are available. She will tell you like it is and not sugarcoat anything. She and Alan Macias fought for me for an entire year in a difficult county (Brazoria). Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I would highly recommend Belinda.

The first time we met in court after I hired her, she fought for me like we had known each other when my case first started, she really helped me a lot and tried everything she could to resolve the case and she did, I defiantly recommend her to anyone going through any lawful problems.
