I am very thankful Aaron could get all of my charges, including a weapons charge dismissed in a matter of a few weeks. I got my firearm back too and I'm still waiting to receive my LTC back. It was not a no refusal weekend (happened on a Thursday) yet the Constables got a warrant anyway. It didn't matter whether I said yes or no, they were going to take blood and they did. If I were you, I'd assume it is no refusal period (advice but not legal advice). My BAC was multiple times lower than the legal limit and I was the only vehicle involved in my accident. Aaron did a fantastic job.

Don’t waste time that you don’t have searching for another attorney - THIS is where you need to be.
