Bret Bosker was able to guide us thru a difficult custody case that involved a mentally ill ex. He taught me how to respond or not respond in order to make it better for all involved. He deeply cares about the children involved and he will lead you with integrity.

Mr. Bosker represented me for a visitation case in 200-2001. He was forced to deal with my exwife, who was a few years later ruled unemployable due to psychosis, although that was a diferent case. The mental illness had generated a host of circumstances that even baffled the judge, but he was able to work this out because is more than competent. He does not learn so much from lost cases as learn on the fly so as to avoid losing the case to begin with.
More than being a good attorney he has a sense of ethics -- he is the only honest lawyer I've ever met.

Bret did a fabulous job of understanding what my own priorities were and of helping me find the best way to patiently work through the process in order to achieve those goals. I can't imagine what I would have done without him, and I now keep him on retainer as my family lawyer.
