Jessica with the intake department was totally unhelpful, unconcerned, lackadaisical, and unmotivated to say the least. My perception is that she refused representation at will ( I believe that the attorney(s) should decide for themselves as to if they accept a case or not ). It shouldn't be based on any bias or the personal decision of the intake department. Jessica asked me for sensitive information as well as repetitive questions as it relates to the inquiry form that I submitted online for consultation. She asked me for all of the information that I had already explained therein the online inquiry form. This caused me to rhetorically question the purpose of having an inquiry form for Prospective Clients to fill out when Jessica totally disregards everything contained in the inquiry form. Jessica asked many questions when she more than likely had her mind premade to not allow me to move forward with an attorney consultation.

Monique was wonderful she explained everything to me. She is very professional. I liked her services.

After having been turned down by the V.A. twice for my claim once in 2013 and again in 2020 it's been a long road with few positive results...I have resigned myself to the fact that I needed professional support and legal counseling to see this through. I'm so glad that Marc Whitehead law firm excepted my case although we are just starting this journey in hopes of a positive outcome...Clara and the rest of the team behind the scene have given my wife and I a renewed hope moving forward... Just started working with these folks and found the intake specialist Tammina was very responsive and good at answering questions.

When I told them I had a new claim after I talked to them about SSDI saying I was not disabled any more and owed SSDI money they said they could only help me if I was dropped and needed a new claim, well I called them back and never called me back, that's at least they could have done
