My case was switched around to different attorneys and no notice given to me. I never could get in touch with my attorney always busy or in a meeting . I almost lost my case due to the wrong info given to me about what I should do when contacted by disability.My experience with this law office was the worst one ever.

I am very grateful to have found this law firm because they worked with me through 2.5 years of back and forth sessions with the social security office, filing my paperwork, being by my side through the hearings and also making sure al of my paperwork was correct. They guided me step by step through my appeals process and kept in touch with me with updates on my case. The staff is thoroughly knowledgeable about disability claims. I was very nervous but the staff always put my mind at ease. ANY paperwork, letters, requests etc from Social Security should all be filtered through your paralegal before you take any action on your own. NOTHING is too small to filter though your paralegal with regard to Social Security requests and paperwork!! The very best information I received was from the attorney Mr. Vessel. Please make sure to write down all of your questions for Mr. Vessel in advance of the teleconference and stick to the topic. Mr. Keal was very helpful and knew when to send me to Mr. Vessel for specialized guidance that was outside his expertise. Be sure to follow the instructions of the attorney that represents you if your case goes before a judge as my case did. Follow the attorney's instructions to the letter and you should have a positive outcome in your case. Thank you everyone for seeing my case though to the end. GOD Bless you all!!
