Honestly no communication take forever or they never actually reach out to you, they tell you to expect calls at the wrong time this firm is just a mess 0 stars if possible and this was all before the intake process I was denied ssdi back in December-ish it's half way thru June and nothing to show for it hope this helps

I initially went with this law firm for my va disability appeal. I read the reviews and decided to call and see if they would take up my appeal. They went through the process and decided to take on my va disability case this was back in 2022. I must say from the day they took my appeal it was a disaster. I went through about 4 case managers the communication was very disappointing. In 2022 won an appeal which I was awarded with 10%. I heard nothing from this law firm during that appeal. Then in it took them one solid year to send my appeal in too the va rite up until the last month to file my appeal in August of 2023. From there it really got interesting. I will admit they wrote a rebuttal that allowed me to receive compensation exams that I needed to attend for the appeals. I would call to see what information if any I needed to know concerning the appeals, they couldn’t tell me nothing so from August 2023 till March 2024 when the compensation exams were scheduled I knew nothing. I called every month NOTHING.. I was never notified by them when the exams would take place and or advised me on what to say or do in the exams!!!!! So I attended the exams and by THE GRACE OF GOD I won and was awarded 70% which took me to 80%. Since winning in March I have had not one phone call from this law firm congratulating me no letter nothing!!!! I feel like the 20% back pay they got from me was stolen to add insult and salt in the wound they received another 20% back pay that they did nothing for when I added my dependents. I’m so disappointed in this law firm they have false advertising and they don’t care about their clients!!!

I am thoroughly disappointed with your firm and service, supposedly my case is being handled by Kimberly Warren I have reached out to her but to no avail she has not communicated nor responded to my email I spoke with SSDI as of 05/23/24 which I was denied 04/18/24 and was advised that your firm is not even representing me. No one has even reached out therefore I no longer want or need your service and will go with another firm Thanks for a waste of my time
