I engaged the services of Attorney Charles and provided a comprehensive overview of my situation and case details. During our initial court hearing, I attempted to further discuss my case and seek his insights. It became evident that Charles had little familiarity with my case or any knowledge about me. Despite his professional appearance and initial impression, it was disappointing to discover that my substantial investment of $5,000 did not translate into effective representation. When entrusting my legal matters to an attorney, I expect a high level of professionalism and competence. I believe that my investment should secure dedicated and personalized representation rather than being just another case on the docket. From the beginning, I had conveyed my preference for tailored and attentive legal services, which I believed Charles understood. However, it appeared that Charles was more of a persuasive salesman during the hiring process, promising what I wanted to hear. Regrettably, the reality fell short of these expectations. Charles lacked essential knowledge about my case, including my bond conditions, which are crucial details for any attorney to possess. The inability to explain and ensure my understanding of these conditions left me feeling unsatisfied and concerned about the potential negative impact on my case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Attorney Charles to others seeking legal representation. It is essential to have confidence in your attorney's ability to provide the necessary expertise and attention to your case, which, unfortunately, I did not find in my engagement with him.

I highly recommend Mr. Ganz. He is the best attorney in town!!! I knew when we walked into the courtroom that everything would be alright, Mr. Ganz is confident and I finally know what it's like to have a high power attorney represent me. After much research and interviews with several attorneys, my son decided to go with Charles Ganz. He did not have a big web presence or high dollar offices, rather what Mr. Ganz offered was a realistic review of my sons case and the reassurance of a positive outcome based on his confidence to represent his case. Attorney Ganz was hired to handle several related cases, one felony charge and three misdemeanors. After consultations with prosecutor, he achieved the result : dismissal of the felony and one misdemeanor. Some jail time was served prior to the pleas due to lack of funds for bail early on; therefore, no additional jail time was served; there was no probation, no fines or court costs to pay. Mr. Ganz was responsive to questions and fully explained the options. Attorney fee was reasonable, and family was able to pay on a schedule due to limited income. Hopefully it will not be necessary for additional criminal defense work, but if it is, our family would consult Mr. Ganz in the future.
