I cannot recommend Attorney Cory Roth highly enough. I was falsely accused of felony injury to a child and a violation of a protective order. From day one, Cory was amazing. He worked closely with me, communicated every step of the process, and truly fought for my case. His great relationships with the prosecutors, judge, and court staff were evident, and it made a huge difference. He got the misdemeanor dismissed as soon as he walked into court, and though it took a little longer, he also got the felony dismissed. If you're a licensed professional or anyone facing serious charges, Cory Roth is the attorney you need and can absolutely trust to get the job done. He saved my future, and I’m forever grateful!

When Mr Roth was put on my case I previously dealt with 3 different lawyers that got me nowhere and my cases were about to be 3 years old. I was in county for months with no bond and the first day he became my lawyer he got me a bond right away. He asked me to come to his office and so we could come up with a plan to fight back against a judge and prosecutor who were dead set on making me sign for 8 yrs. Long story short , I ended up getting moved to a new court and Mr Roth skillfully seized the opportunity and got me out here now and not in jail with a fresh 8 yr sentence.

Cory was a very good attorney to work with. I had a case that was almost 5 years old that the county filed but never did anything with. I was arrested in august 2021 from a warrant that we didn’t know about and finally June 2022 went to pre trial and my case was dismissed! Cory really fought for me! I had serious criminal charges, let me rephrase. I had a habitual offender situation to go up against and Cory knocked it out the park. Got both misdemeanor and felony charges thrown out with his expert knowledge and aggressive approach. Cory not only beat my charge but he did so with the swag of a 30 year vet. You can tell when your attorney knows how to do it. I bet 25 years of my life on him and I would do it again. Without hesitation. 5 stars isn't enough. Thank you Cory. Cory was one of the only lawyers we hired that actually took the time to listen to everything I had to say and the story I had to tell. I had talked to lawyers that told me "Man, you're just going to go to jail." and Cory never once said that. He always gave me advice and was looking out for me not only legally but in personal life too. Being young and accused falsely, I had a very negative view of the situation I was in but he really helped me to keep my head up and advised me to do certain things and enroll in specific programs that would benefit me and that the judge would recognize in a positive light. I am forever grateful for the way Cory believed in me and his efficient, effective, yet very compassionate way of handling my case. When he says he knows a judge he does... and when he says he can do everything to help you - he will. I was even struggling with money with my roommate for a while and he let us make late payments so we could survive. He has a big heart and a wise mind! You will not regret hiring him!

Extraordinary customer service, and patriotic support. I needed help with an unjustified charge. Being a caretaker and a disabled veteran, Mr Roth worked with my situation and was able to get my fees reduced to a fraction without any hassle. I highly recommend his firm, very professional.

I had some unpaid tolls due to my busy life, incompetent bureaucrats, and little concern for customer service from the toll road organization. This resulted in outlandish fees over a few dollars worth of tolls. While clearly oversubscribed (most capable people are to a degree), Cory got the job done. I got a usefully reduced settlement and can get down the road. Though I hope I do not need him again, if I do, I will call Cory Roth first and trust him as a capable and honest attorney...a rarity in these times.

Bottom Line if you need an attorney that will have your back through the entire process. An attorney that will go above and ....beyond what is required. I came into this with every other lawyer telling me that I had no chance of winning this Trial. He put in months of effort and kept my spirits high. At the very moment I was ready to give up He called me to his office and simply said relax. So I did and I left my freedom in his hands. I showed up to court today expecting jail time. Instead My attorney looked back at me with a smile and whispered case dismissed. I needed a lawyer on short notice for my son's toll violations. They were rediculously large. I knew I found the expert when Cory got the hearing reset because the court wasn't being sympathetic that day. When we went back Cory was able to reduce the fines by 65% and get a manageable payment plan for the remaining amount. I will hire Cory again in the future because he really does have the clients best interest in mind.

My wife and I had a card cancelled due to fraud 2 years ago. We incurred some violations on some of the toll roads. We visited the EZ Tag store and settled the violations. A year and a half later we received certified mail that we were being sued for violations that were somehow missed. The firm representing the Toll Road Authorities told us we had no option but to pay the outlandish $3,000 they were charging for $100 in tolls. Thank goodness for Cory Roth. For an incredibly reasonable rate Cory represented us against the Toll Road Authority and saved us in excess of 75%. The toll road authorities are bullies that require us to pay to get where we need to go and we do so willingly. When they come back around and take advantage of citizens you need someone experienced in your corner. Cory Roth has countless cases where he has fought and won for others as he did for my wife and I. Do not hesitate to reach out to him, it would be a costly error.
