Our family can definitely say that Ferrell Law Group has a top notch team. Beginning with their intake process, to record retrieval, to filing affidavits and providing solutions for many questions, their entire staff has been courteous, professional, caring and kind during each and every aspect of this journey. I would like to give a special thank you to Leticia in records for her patience, expertise and assistance in obtaining the information required and an extremely well deserved thank you to Legal Assistant, Jessica Durfey who has made us feel so comfortable by not only welcoming our questions with prompt definitive answers but for her genuine caring, concern, and kindness which mean so very much to myself and my family. She is a true asset to this firm and also to us as clients. Because of her and this entire tegal team we are secure in knowing we are being represented by a firm that puts their clients needs first and has made us feel that we are not just clients but we are part of their family.

Mr. Ferrell and all of the staff did an amazing job. I felt less stressed because of the excellent timelines and prompt professionalism. I really trust them which is why I have used them more than once!

This can be a long and frustrating process. Mr Ferrell made it easier. There is one person I want to single out and that is Liz. Liz is in the family sharing department. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She is kind, communicative and very helpful to the clients.

I have been with Ferrell Law Group as they have investigated my lung cancer and ILD causes and claim. They did all of the research involved with looking into my work history, my health records and my particular circumstances involving my exposure to asbestos. They have even called in a special reader to evaluate all of it. I have barely had to even leave my house except to maybe get some documents notarized and sent and they have even sent a notary to my house to notarize paperwork if I was not up to making the trip. Whenever I have a question that I email to them or a concern I can discuss with them over the phone they have always contacted me in a timely and respectful manor. Donna Binford -Derfey is the person handling my claim and she is efficient and kind and compassionate. My only concern has been the time this has taken to process so far but I do know that this isn't a simple matter and I trust they are acting in my best interest to get fair compensation. I can certainly be patient for that.

Ferrell Law Group did really great handling my father’s case. They were so helpful in explaining everything to me and the family! This Law Firm is the best as well as the staff. They stay in contact with you and are more than willing to answer any questions you may have. I was so glad that I chose them to represent me and my late husband with his mesothelioma case. They were so compassionate and caring about what my husband meant to me and his family. I would definitely recommend The Ferrill Law group to anyone or family member to contact them regarding an asbestos claim or mesothelioma. You will be glad you did.

The worst of the worst. I guess everyone’s experience is different but for my family it has been horrible. Very unprofessional and the lack of communication is unbelievable. They never answer the phone or returns your calls after months of calling. I honestly feel like it’s scam. You can never speak with Mr. Ferrell himself, it’s always a different paralegal that tells you different story. It’s truly sad how these lawyers take advantage of families in their most vulnerable time of need.

I cannot say enough great things about Ferrell Law Group; namely Attorney James Ferrell and his staff. From my first contact with this Group it was smooth sailing all the way. Their efficiency, integrity and professionalism was amazing. My phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. They made me feel special ! The Ferrell Law Group represented my relative in a lung cancer case. Mr. Ferrell did a great job for my family and exceeded our expectations. The whole staff was professional and kept us updated at all times.

Steer clear for asbestos related claims. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else who actually cares about you as a client. I never spoke to Mr. Ferrell personally, even after emails and calls to him. It was always a paralegal or assistant. The entire ordeal was confusing from the start. Not to mention the fees that were charged on top of everything else. This was my personal experience and I don't refer anyone to him. I have no idea how he has such a high rating on Google.

Mr. Ferrell and his team are respectful, courteous, and explained answers to our questions thoughtfully. I think his team knows more about lung cancer than most doctors do. He helped get my family what we deserved.
