This review may seem odd at first, but bear with me. I've known Mr. Macias since our college football days. From that point, I right away recognized his good character. I've since been in law enforcement for the past 10+ years, which is why this 5 star review may seem odd, as the defense and police dont typically see eye to eye.. I can affirm that Mr. Macies and I have had several legal conversations. We recognize each other's roles in law. Mr. Macias is compassionate, caring, respectful, and frankly, he does the right thing. He takes pride in his work. If you're ever jammed up, and need an attorney, please consider The Macias Law Firm. You won't be done wrong.

This is the most trashiest lawyer (paid or not) to have on your team. This guy literally reset my case 3 times because “he hadn’t looked over my files,” THEN withdrew himself from my case when he never gave any time of notification. I even offered to pay extra cash and he still denied the work. Very very rude and not satisfied at all with his service. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER EVEN IF HES COURT APPOINTED Edit-to-reply* 05-09-2019 Good morning, my first question is why did you pick up my case if your firm doesn’t handle those types of cases ...? (When you were only working one case which was a misdemeanor) Maybe it was for the courts money for all the resets ??? Anyways, you never looked over my file once and it was a small misdemeanor. New attorney is great and I knew and told you the case could be beaten but you failed to even TRY. That’s why court appointed lawyers and nothing. ALSO, the whole profanity was because you gave off the same energy. Just because you’re a lawyer doesn’t make you any different from us humans. Get your head straight buddy, age don’t mean sh*t.

We are very thankful to our family for getting us Mr. Guerras information the day my husband and I needed it the most. I’ve heard of so many similar cases from ours and unfortunately they don’t even get to step outside jail or even get a bond . But THANK GOD THANK MR.GUERRA and his assistant ADA, for always helping us keeping us informed and most of all having my husband free/ out with his family .
