Karleana Farias was hired to represent my daughter and her son in a highly contested custody modification that included allegation of abuse by the father. The battle to keep my grandson safe had been in the court system for over 2 years. Our previous three attorneys all stated we did not have enough evidence to win the case and the best we could hope for was joint custody, allowing the father unsupervised access to the child. Within three months of Karleana taking over our case, my daughter was appointed Sole Managing Conservator, with the right to live anywhere she wanted with no restriction to location, and the father could only see the child under the supervision of a therapist. Eleven months later Karleana was able to get the rights of the father terminated. Karleana Farias was a Godsend and we are thankful each and every day for the care and support she provided during this stressful situation.
