Muy mal. Por experiencia 2023 No se coordinan. Nomas piden tiempo ala corte. al final Se pierde el caso. No es recomendable. Solo saca Dinero. Alos clientes… mucho cuidado. 👎👎👎👇🖕👎👎. No es recomendable.

I’ve always went to Rene Gonzales for all my citation matters and I’ve never had a bad experience as of today ! Now I see that the bad reviews are real , today I called because I had a question and the “lady” who answered the phone was acting like if it was frustrating to answer my question , these girls feel like because they wear office attire & work with a lawyer they can be rude to people , Rene Gonzales & Associates please hire more respectful people ! But besides that the lawyers are very nice and respectful when you see them in court

The administrator who answered the phone was very disrespectful to the point I started taking notes while on the call. Cindy - transferred me without acknowledging me (as if the phone just hung up until I heard a sound from the transfer and was very dismissive of my concerns of having open warrants (traffic tickets) when I was inquiring on a lawyer here representing me on more than one case. I had to hang up and call back. She then pretended that I didn’t talk to her.
