El mejor servicio. Gracias rene gonzales y asociación!!!

I don’t normally post any reviews but this place has me upset. I paid them to go to court for my speeding ticket and they didn’t even bother to show up. I never got an update so I called them and the women tells me it’s been dismissed and I have nothing to worry about. Then I get a letter in the mail saying I have a warrant out for my arrest due to not showing up to court. I call the attorney’s office and they put me on hold for 13 minutes and when she finally gets back on the phone she says she needs to look at my file to understand what’s going on. There is nothing to understand. I paid them and they didn’t show up. She says she will call back and it’s been two days. I called and I’m put on hold for 10 min then she gets back on the phone just to tell me no one can help me today because the attorneys have left for the day. Now I have to wait again for them to call me back tomorrow which will probably not happen.

I used to hire them for all my tickets and warrants but lately I have not been happy. They have too many people at once in the same courtroom. It's like hiring sullo &sullo which is no good either. These big law firms do not care all they want is your money. After my last experience in Pasadena I am not hiring Rene Gonzalez no more. I had to go to court twice and both times they did not have my paperwork. The attorney Andy left me there for last and took care of everybody else. After explaining my situation I feel like he should have been taking care of me right away but he left me for last almost forgot about me. I noticed that they have to give the court something/someone to pay and I was the victim. Plus I saw him dismiss an overweight ticket before me and mine only got reduced the first time I showed up and I mentioned it to Andy. He gave some BS. Just a bad experience in Pasadena overall that time because of Andy. He sucks. Thank God I know English because if you don't it's worse. No respect. No pierdes tu tiempo y dinero aqui.

Non fault accident and 2 tickets. 1 court appearance 1.5 yrs later and case dismissed. Less than $100. These are the guys to go to.

I see the good reviews on here, but they never answer the phone when you call unless it’s between 9-11 am. Left a voicemail no call back, spoke with someone the other day who got all my information and was told the attorney would give me a call back which never happened. So I am a little disappointed, but I can always call someone else.
