I was represented by Attorney Carter's partner, Ms. Kea Defang for several traffic tickets, and she was simply superb. They took my case on a short notice, and Attorney Defang exceeded all of my expectations. She was professional and thorough guiding me through the arraignment process and the outcome was much better than I had anticipated. This man is one of the greatest people I’ve ever met.
