I was arrested back in 2019 for DWI in Harris County. I thought my life was basically over at that point. I thought I would never get a job or will ever be able to overcome this. I don't want to get into the details of the case but It was bad and I was completely lost and had no idea what to do. I was told about Peyton and his firm by someone who had been in the same situation before. I have to say, I believe it was God who bought him into my situation. I met with Peyton and his team immediately made me feel better. Trust me I was a mess at this point but they assured me that it will get better. I truly felt like they were on my side throughout the process. They were upfront in my first meeting and truthfully warned about the nature of my case and the lengthy process and never tried to force them on me. My chances of getting into a Pre-trial Intervention Program was practically zero given the situation. But I am happy to say that, Peyton went to bat for me and was able to get me admitted into the program and got a very good deal on the program and I was able to complete the program in 6 months and the case was successfully dismissed. I cannot stress the importance of having an experienced attorney like Peyton by your side. I am not one to write reviews but I felt like this is something I had to do to help whoever needs to hear it. It will get better!
