Wow diana or Gianna or something that sounds like her name…
Here I’am looking for help and like a normal person I like to know who I’m talking to and because I couldn’t hear her name and I clearly said “I’m sorry what’s your name again”
She hung up the phone on me first and LAST!!!!!! Time I even try and get help from these people how rude dame law boss is it policy to hang up on clients for not able to hear the name your staff shows me enough and will never call for help ever again.
