They charged double of their written quote. * Very hard to get ahold of ---sometimes for over a month * Threatened me if I complained * I'd recommend using someone else.

Not pleased with Roger's work on my case. He did not keep me informed and does not return emails or calls. When he actually takes your call he is rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. I asked questions pertaining to my case and they were not answered, in fact he said he sent a demand letter, but never received final documents from the doctor.
