I went to three different attorneys. None would take my case citing it would take too much to collect my 18 years of data, gather all my medical history and put all the time in unless I paid a fee up front. Marc Whitehead & Associates were the only ones who saw the case for what it was and the facts would speak for themselves. I filed my appeal in 2012. My service connected claim was granted July 2019. This firm kept me informed throughout the 7 years . I had a positive experience and a positive outcome. I'm looking forward to my back pay after a long fight and the monthly checks to follow.

Through a long drawn out process (5 years) with the VA for a Disability C&P claim, this firm was able to assist me very professionally. This law firm is no joke. The disability process is long and very taxing on the claimant to say the least. The staff and attorneys go out of their way by an extra 10 miles to help clients with the process. Anytime I need to speak with someone during normal business hours someone is always there to help me and explain the issues and terminology in ways that I can understand it. Everyone there has a heart of gold. Melanie Donaldson in particular has went out of her way countless times for me in multiple situations to help me understand what was and is transpiring with my cases. She takes the time to explain things to me and really hear and respond with dignity and respect to my concerns. That’s not to say that others there are not helpful or patient as well. Melanie Donaldson is a star with the patience of Job. You can’t go wrong getting the help of this experienced, professional, and compassionate firm. They are the big guns that you’re looking for to battle the insurance companies and social security administration to get what is fair for you. Don’t give up. When I first applied for SSDI in July I was declined in October but I know and felt that I should have been approved. I needed legal help. When I read the reviews on the 3rd Law Firm which is Mark Whitehead and Associates I knew that I felt confident. This wonderful law firm is family owned and operated. Mr. Patrick and Mr. Kevin were tremendously helpful answering all my questions taking time so where I could come in and visit with them in person all my questions thoughts and concerns was truly taken care of!!!! My key point that I want to make to everyone that reads this review just be patient when you call the office!!! Because the receptionists are so wonderful professional people.... Because they do take in a lot of calls You're going to find out that you're going to get great service and get great results so once again please be patient and extra polite to them. Thank you for your services rendered to my LTD litigation case. I was very discouraged and did not know where to go to and a friend recommended their office to me, because they had helped her husband and brother in law with their cases. Their staff is very knowledgeable and kept me inform of the proceedings. As I had been denied twice and they gave me options of what I could do from that point.
