I randomly found Marc Whitehead and Associates through a general Google search. From the initial intake through the entire process, every staff member was completely professional, courteous and highly competent. Phone calls and emails were promptly and efficiently responded to. One staff member in particular, Kyle Rich, went over the top in terms of his genuine and sincere empathy -- and that's in addition to his exceptional paralegal skills. But the entire legal team is outstanding. The outcome was positive, and it is in large part to the excellence of this legal team that I'm really making a wonderful fresh start. I've seen how frustrating it can be to go through a SSDI claim and the importance of the matter being handled with care. I think its no secret that most SSDI claims are initially declined, I've seen that very often. I believe that having an experienced and knowledgeable attorney is important. The information that this firm provides is fantastic, they offer great legal advice. I would tell anyone looking for an attorney for something like this to make the call.

I would recommend this firm to anyone. Madison the lawyer that assisted me at my hearing was reassuring professional and made a nervous situation calming and relaxing. This law firm took nearly 3 weeks to get back to me my case is clear and cut, PTSD, Manic bi polar depressive, plus an Iraq war veteran with multiple body part issues, not to mention I got fired from my last job in 2015 for going to the VA to seek help I have not been able to work since then, what more do you need? But everyone is for the veteran right, when clearly the VA has said this is what is wrong with you, oh and on top of that let's make you 100%. I'm a real vet with real issues

Did Absolutely Nothing!! Should be disbarred for false advertising. Incompetent, unable to communicate, and lazy. Don’t waste your time. They only want easy cases where they are not required to do anything. Avoid at All Costs!

Will go above and beyond to make sure they can get you what you truly deserve when working your case. They are/were awesome!
