Caught a DWI charge back in late November of 2023 in Houston while already having a bunch of other unrelated serious pending charges and thought for sure this was not going to end well for me being I had admitted to drinking and was in possession of other misdemeanor substances . Cole immediately hopped on my case with the upmost confidence in a better outcome than I expected . After initial hearing with Cole I wasn’t required to put a ignition lock in my vehicle and had all conditions suppressed , next court date was early February Cole advised me It was a no show appearance for me and he’d keep me updated . 2-3 hours after the Court hearing I received a call that my case was Dismissed after he had reviewed all body and dash cam footage giving him a great argument in court which lead to a great outcome for me in the end.
