Mr. Daragh Carter with Smith & Hassler did an excellent job helping me get the maximum settlement for my injuries from a car accident. There are so many nuances involved when the accident is between two individuals. You are bound by the limits of insurance. Having Mr. Carter on my team helped maximize the settlement because he is familiar with all of those nuances. He made me feel validated and hopeful that although I will have to deal with pain the rest of my life, I don't have to deal with the debt the accident caused me. 2nd DWI High Blood Test BAC DISMISSED! After an arrest and a subsequent recommendation from friends/former clients I made an appointment to review my case with Chris.
