Waste of time

In May 2019 I was in a horrible accident unfortunately my first law firm dropped my case stating it was of no value to them, after research I stumbled upon Smith and hassler and Daragh Carter was my lawyer. From the beginning he was attentive and made sure I got all the information I needed in regards to my claim. He kept me informed the whole way through, even with COVID 19 He was able to successfully settle my case and get me a nice lump sum to help me close this chapter and put that accident behind me. If you are looking for a later who communicates efficienctly, has integrity and grit then Smith and hassler is your place and Daragh Carter is your guy! I am so overly satisfied from the staff at the reception desk that answer phones to Mr. Carter just fighting for me and winning my case. Thank you Smith and hassler and again THANK YOU DARAGH CARTER!!

James was a blessing in disguise he really faught for me I knew he could do and he did especially in this time with so much going on you need to know the person representing you have your interest at heart thank you mr. James hope I never need you again but if I do are anyone I know does you are my personal attorney.

We had a bit of a rocky start with my case. My original lawyer left the firm and then I was assigned another lawyer that also left the firm. I was getting kinda discouraged. Then I had a call from Mr. Burkhalter who explained that he now was handling my case. I thought, "Oh, here we go again", but, once Mr. James Burkhalter had my case things moved very quickly and much to my satisfaction. Even with the rocky start, I will highly recommend Smith and Hassler. And, especially Mr. James Burkhalter. Thank you James! I really appreciate everything you did for me.

I had a great experience with this law firm. Melissa was awesome , I am giving them 5 stars because there communication was great and they kept us very informed all the way and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend them.

I really wish I could give this place negative stars, Ms. Gregory is totally against men she was very rude and one sided she even had the audacity to laugh at me, as a mediator she acted very unprofessional, I’d never recommend this firm, Attn: Men please stay away from this place

Daragh Carter, the attorney that helped me, got me taken care of to where I didn't have to do anything, but get the proper care that I needed. He and the Smith and hassler team took care of me and kept me updated through the whole case. Would definitely recommend this law firm!!!!

I had a great experience with them! Brian is awesome, he tells you how it is without giving you the run around. Only giving them a 4 star because their communication with whats going on with the case could be a bit better but other than that I’d definitely recommend and be back if i ever need too.

They were great communicators, incredibly efficient, and respected my time. I was able to Complete my case without ever having to step foot in the office. I would definitely use them again.
