Before contacting Mr. Ruiz I had no idea what the outcome of my case would be. He made sure I understood everything that was going on throughout the entire legal process and was easy to reach whenever I had questions. Most importantly, Mr. Ruiz turned what should have been a guilty verdict into a case dismissal. His hard and honest work is greatly appreciated !

Let me first say I am THANKFUL to have of found the right attorney to help me with my situation. There are so many attorneys out here that will give you the run around on how much they can help you and or will do so much for you, yet they don't actually fight for you. I did not have that problem at all with Mr. Ruiz. He fought for me on a case that I knew was a case that I could beat with the right person. I talked to other attorneys that told me I did not have much of a chance and I was looking at a really hard case to beat. Mr. Ruiz always communicated with me on what was going on with my case and what I should do. He was not accepting any deals they offered and told me I shouldn't accept them either. We decided to take this to trial, and 2 weeks before trial, he got my case DISMISSED! I am so Thankful for his service and glad I found the right Attorney to fight for me. While on this struggle, I had a revoke and was very worried about that and he got that dismissed as well. That is when I knew I had the right person for my case. It is so hard to have something pending not knowing the outcome and what your future holds, but my faith in Mr. Ruiz was for sure the best decision I made to help me get through my worries. This law firm is great. Kacie Penman, is the best I was really nervous & panicking, I was a mess, considering my original lawyer about 2 weeks before my court date had took another job I'm assuming. So I went on the website to read about her background & she called me the next day, Just speaking with her & her assuring me she was up to date on my case & she explained everything to me of what to expect.
