My father and I were hit by a drunk driver. We were both injured and our vehicle was totaled. I'm so grateful that Mr. Wyly was there to represent us. He transformed our complicated and scary situation into one that I could understand and feel confident in. He kept us informed from beginning to end, and is extremely knowledgable. He immediately put my mind at ease and squashed my worries and confusion. He's a stand-up guy who stood up and fought for us when we needed it most. He got us everything we needed and deserved. Mr. Wyly is an excellent attorney in my book and he has earned my complete confidence. He treated us with the upmost respect and we felt like our needs were of the highest priority to him. We were referred to Brad Wyly in October 2010, after we were involved in a head-on collision on Sept. 30,2010. From that point on, Mr. Wyly and his staff, represented both of us with the utmost professional conduct, knowledge of the law and how to recover damages for both of us from two insurance companies....ours and the driver's, who was at fault..(.Our claim was a nofault.) He methodically dealt with both insurance companies, MSPRC, doctors, hospitals, etc.... It took two years to settle this case, but it was worth the wait...Mr. Wyly was not only our attorney, he kept inquiring of our medical conditions and saw that we got the medical treatment needed from this terrible accident...We were awarded the maximum amounts to the limits of both policies. Brad Wyly is a great communicator, he returns phone calls, kept us updated through emails, letters, and phone calls. had a bad wreck recently when hit by drunk driver. the responsible insurance carrier was less than responsive so called Brad. He handled everything resulting in a prompt maximum settlement. My experience with the Brad Wyly was an amazing one. After my accident I was clueless as to how to proceed, and a friend of mine recommended Brad.
