My name is Ralph and I had the pleasure of having Brian Ayson represent me on a DWI 3 case that he got dismissed for me! The DA refused to make an offer over a 10 month period which the judge forced to trial as a result. He was very diligent and persistent to get the DA to evaluate the case and put forth the evidence, or lack thereof, to get the case dismissed the day before trial. In addition to his hard work he is a great person and very nice to communicate with him. Upon initial contact he took time out of his evening with his family to call me and hear my concerns and lay out his plan for the case. By far one of the best lawyers I have had the pleasure of representing me. Experienced, great communication and fights for what he knows is right! I hired the Ayson Law Firm to defend me against a wrongful arrest for DWI and assault. Brian and Cole were patient with me and understanding. Brian even came in the office on a Holiday to walk me through and hear my case. Truly appreciated their concern and attention. The payment plan offered also helped immensely.
