Mr. Murphy and his staff displayed compassion throughout the duration of my DWI case and was prompt in replying to any questions/concerns I had. Even though the case took longer than I expected, Mr. Murphy assured me that he would not settle until we got a plea bargain that was worth settling for. I was charged with my 3rd DWI offense and was looking at jail time and faced with a felony. The biggest fear was at my door, but I abide with the requirements Mr. Murphy recommended to prove to the judge that I was not a criminal. In other words, I received a lower sentence for my DWI charge with no felony on my record. As a peace of mind, I would definitely recommend Doug Murphy Law Firm to those who need a DWI lawyer. He is by far, the best DWI lawyer in town! Though be prepared to pay for his legal fees, hiring him was costly and required a down payment, yet it was WORTH every cent for me to stay out of jail. If you are researching, as I did, for lawyers to handle your DWI with a minor, look no further. My wife and I spent a whole week meeting with lawyers and the decision was pretty easy once we sat with Doug Murphy and his team. His laid back confident demeanor was the selling point for us. While keeping this short: I had a couple beers after a long strenuous day. I was on my way to dinner with my family a few hours later when I was pulled over. I questioned how my body would process these beers since I didn't have much to eat yet. Long story short, I did not blow. I was forced by warrant to give blood hours later and had to spend my 18th wedding anniversary in jail. Ultimately Doug got my case dismissed and I believe the outcome of the case would not have been so favorable had we chosen another lawyer to represent me. The fees aren't cheap but I do feel they were well within what other top rated DWI lawyers charge.

I have had several other lawyers but none come even close to comparing to Chris. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to work to find any way he can to help your case. He helped me on a number of cases that seemed initially hopeless. He was able to miraculously get a a felony DWI knocked down to a misdemeanor, dismiss another one, and dismiss another case entirely. He also was extremely compassionate and didn't judge me for my mistakes-which is huge in helping to get you through when you find yourself in the legal system. He always took my calls, texts, and emails and encouraged me to not lose hope. I could finally rest easy with Chris has my lawyer because I truly trusted him to do his absolute best for me-as if I was his own family.
