Unfortunately, a family member was arrested for driving while intoxicated, and we hired Joseph Ruiz, PLLC, as his defense attorney. This was not a first or second time offense. It was a third offense, I stressed that out to prove that the defense that our family member received was absolutely the best! We never imagined the outcome that Joseph, with all due respect, was going to exceed our expectations! He got two cases dismissed, which was a total miracle. Not only is our family member not having to step foot in jail, but he has legal immigration problems that did not affect his outcome (being deported). This was definitely an overwhelming situation, our family member was scared and feeling ashamed of his irresponsible and poor decisions but Joseph was never judgemental, he was truthful, honest, respectful and encouraging, his communication skills make it so much easier to be on the same page making it a smoother process since you are always in the loop. A big plus was that Joseph speaks excellent Spanish and was able to translate and explain the whole process to our family member. He was able to answer questions and doubts, giving our family member hope!
