I chose to hire Mr. Murphy after consulting my brother who is a high ranking peace officer. He is cool,calm,and collective, and very considerate of the matter that you are facing. Professionalism is how he is in the courtroom and respected on all levels. Being nervous and worried about keeping my cdl, he was a breath of fresh air for me. After my initial interview with Doug Murphy, I knew he was just the Attorney I need to represent me in my 6th DWI case. Mr. Murphy treated me like family, not just another Client. The DA started with a life sentence then went to 25 years incarceration. When I hired Doug Murphy they went to 15 years. Doug gave me helpful suggestions to help with my case but to also help with my alcohol addiction. He truly cares and wants help you with your case but also wants to help you never catch another case. I signed for 10 years probation. From a life sentence to 10 years probation. Only one way that happened, God put Doug Murphy in my life to help me and see me through this. Sometimes good kids make poor choices that can affect the rest of their lives. The Judge made me stand up front with my teenager and let us know that she was getting a second chance because of our outstanding representation. After the case was settled the prosecutor took me aside and told me that if he was ever in my shoes he would hire Doug Murphy!
