I wasn’t going to write a review until you purposely wrote a bad review about a former client you assumed the anonymous person was me but you got your years messed up You’re racist and rude and the review above mine is how you treated me I pray for you and remove them false lies

Did not communicate much at all not haveing a very good experience I do not recommend her as an ssi lawyer

I was in an appeal alone without an attorney and at the last minute I called her office and told them about my Ssi case. They immediately started helping me and getting all the paperwork needed to prepare for my appeal hearing(less than 2 months to prepare). When the hearing came she did excellent representation and got me approved. Thank you Kristi Ward & team.

Mrs. Ward Stephens took excellent care of my disability case, she and her wonderful support staff were thorough in explaining what to expect, the process and how long it can take, and she always had her assistant keep in touch with me about any medical updates I might have. Her paralegal kept me updated on my status, and anytime I had a question about what was going on I got the answers I was looking for. Disability claims take a long time but I knew that going in because she prepared me for what to reasonably expect and in the end I got the results I wanted and she was very effective and I didn't have to deal with the SSA or all the hoops they make you jump through to get your money. This lawyer took two years to contact me just to tell me she dropped me as a client. After several attempts to contact her, nobody would return my calls or emails. In two years, I spoke to her three times. She did not get all my files I asked her to get, nor did she tell me she dropped me as a client until 4 months after and I was left with a court date and no representative. I would NOT recommend wasting my time with her. Also, she left the firm she was with and did not tell me and left me with no way to communicate with her about my case.
