Jed Silverman and his team are some of the most highly regarded professionals in their field. I would personally recommend Jed to anyone I know in need of legal services, specifically for any criminal defense matters. From my day one as a client of Mr. Silverman and Mr. Zamora III, I was treated like my case was the only one they had at the time. Mr. Silverman told me himself that once a case is put in front of him it has 100% of his attention, and this was very much so. I had initially gone with another more expensive lawyer (Jack Carrol) who acted in such a manner that almost seemed threatening. He wanted $5000 up front and I could only produce half. He said he was going to drop me and feed me to the dogs as it were. Scared and panicking I found Jed's firm. After a few minutes on the phone with him I was assured I had nothing to worry about, from my case to the threats from Mr. Carrol. His office team worked out a payment plan with me that fit my budget and they began building a defense immediately. He was always available to take my calls and/or answer any inquiries PERSONALLY. Furthermore, there was no "holier than thou" feeling conveyed from him at any point. He and Trinidad Zamora III are the type of men that look you dead in the eye and give it to you straight. Throughout the entire process I never once felt as though I was without proper legal counsel. I was always greeted and treated warmly, not as a "criminal." They also established what I wanted and needed out of the case in regards to my future (I intend to practice criminal law myself) and how to move forward with those ideals in mind. I could write a short book on how well his legal team performs their job, but since this is a short review; suffice it to say they are so capable they could literally charge whatever they feel like, but are priced extremely fair. If I had to do all of this over again, I wouldn't change anything except not seeking his counsel out sooner. If you are reading this and are searching for a defense attorney you needn't look any further. I only wish I could inform more people about he and Trinidad. In summary, it doesn't get any better than these guys. If I could give them 10 stars out of 10 I would give them 11.
