I got charged with what would've been my second DWI, Attorney Sean Darvishi, was not even my attorney. He was friends with my attorney, at the last minute of my case going to trial she ask for his assistance. He actually came to my 1st day of trial, and let me tell you... he was so confident and spot on with his facts that before I even got home from leaving court, the prosecutor filed for a dismissal. I was arrested for a DUI in November 2018. I was very lost about the process and did not know what to do; until, i was recommend to this man right here. He was VERY stright forward and honest from the start. It was a relief, truly calming everytime you have a face to face or phone conversation with him (or his team). He will go through every detail revolving your case, and anything minuet that comes across (He fought Intoxalock for me, it was great). Long story short, he did exactly what he said. Fought for me, defended me, and the case was dropped at the end of it all. You need this man and his exquisite team.

On March 28, 2018 (a Saturday night) I was pulled over in Montgomery County initially for speeding (71 in a 45) after leaving a friends wedding. First of all, I wasn’t completely familiar with the area. I had a few drinks while attending this wedding and after the cop had pulled me over he obviously smelled the presence of alcohol. After having me get out of the vehicle and making me do his series of field sobriety tests, the officer decided to put me under arrest. Upon further investigation the cop then found an OPEN CONTAINER in the vehicle. The cop then took me to get my blood drawn at a local hospital, and after doing so we were off to jail. After I get out of jail and go back to work the next day completely bummed thinking to myself, how am I ever going to get out of this. A co worker at the time, told me that I should check out this lawyer named Sean Darvishi. So I decided to call him on my lunch break that day, me making that phone call was probably the VERY best decision that I have ever made! From the beginning I could tell this guy was truthful and honest with me. He didn’t try to fill me with empty promises and false hope on how this case could possibly go, he shot me straight from the very beginning, that these things can go either way. A couple of weeks later my blood results come in which came out to a .116, After going over all the details with Sean about this case and weighing our options, we felt it was best to roll the dice and take this to trial and giving us the opportunity of at least having a chance to beat this thing. I knew if I did have the slightest bit of chance at beating this case, that I had the BEST guy available to go and get that job done. I was not let down with that decision. When trial started you could see that he had completely flipped a switch, and from that point on it was all business from the very second the trial started until the very end, he was highly aggressive but also had all the knowledge in the world to back it up when it came down to the science aspect of this case. Even the judge seemed to be in awe at certain times throughout this trial. Needless to say on 2/26/2019 I heard the words “WE THE JURY FIND THE DEFENDANT NOT GUILTY” and it’s honestly one of the greatest feelings in the world. I could have never accomplished this without Sean and his team. No matter what you’re case may be I ask that you at least give this guy a call. I can promise you that you will not regret it. I know as for myself, if I ever come across someone facing the same problems I faced, that you can guarantee i will 100% endorse Sean Darvishi. I honestly can’t thank Sean and his team enough. You guys are absolutely amazing! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
