I was referred to James Alston after I had issues with my other lawyer. I knew James was a top tier lawyer when I showed up to court with him, and every single lawyer there knew who he was. From that point, I knew I was in good hands. James is a people person. Anything I had to say, no matter how stupid it was, he listened. Obviously being crimminaly charged is very stressful. Alot of things were running through my mind, but he was always there to hear everything I had to say. And the most important thing is, he listened. He remembered everything which made me feel like we were on the same team. It got to a point where we were able to laugh at things about my case. In the end, my case was dismissed. I'm incredibly thankful I had James as my lawyer. You get what you pay for. Your freedom will always be worth more than any dollar amount. Trust me, I've experienced it. James will keep it real with you, and he will work hard for you.
