Excellent!

Angel , the paralegal, is completely unprofessional. She does not seem to be knowledgeable at all, she makes careless mistakes, she does not get things done when she says she will, and she does not return phone calls or reply to even the most straightforward questions emailed to her. It was clear to me that once she took my money, I was no longer a priority. Mr. Rudisel might be a good lawyer, but I didn't deal with him very much. My divorce was the most stressful event of my life, and having to deal with Angel made it worse.

The receptionist Jennifer is so unprofessional, uneducated, rude and hung up the phone on me twice.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom. I have to say even though she didn't get the result that she was hoping for, my mom and I believe that James had worked very hard on her case to get a result pretty close to what we wanted. James is very responsive when you contact him. He treats you with courtesy and professionalism. His price is also reasonable. He would go extra mile to file any necessary paperwork or motions for you. I would highly recommend his service and best of all, he is easy to work with. I'm not sure what I would have done, or how my case would have turned out without the help of Attorney James Alston. James guided me through the intricate course of my legal case and never steered me wrong. His legal advice was always given with my and my family's best interest at heart. James honest, integrity filled approach to his work is a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend him.

Shawn was so kind to me he didn't have to help me with my divorce AT ALL!! I filled on my own with no clue what to do. Shawn helped me find the court, went over the paperwork, helped me finish filling it out and even went in front of the judge with me. Very kind hearted!!! If it wasn't for him I would have been so lost today and still married. Thank you AGAIN!!!

Shawn and his team are excellent. Everyone was always professional and nice. My case was kind of a difficult case, but Shawn was always there any time I needed him. He was able see it through. till the end with great results. This was not the experience I had with my previous attorney and it was a pleasant new feeling. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Shawn was the worst lawyer that my family has EVER had to deal with. If your a DAD and trying to get a court document drawn up for the RIGHTS or VISITATIONS to your kid then i suggest you get a REAL LAWYER!!!! Shawn drew the entire process out to get a bigger pay check and completely screwed over his own cliet, and in EVERY way possible has made it as hard as he can for a father to see his own son. Shawn Rudisel is 100% in this business for the money and could care less about the outcome of his cliets. WOST KIND OF LAWYER POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

I'll have to admit, I had a wonderful experience with Rudisel Law Firm. From the beginning to end, I have no complaints. My case was finally finalized, and everything went as planned. I would highly recommend this practice to any one looking for an awesome lawyer. Oh, he's also pretty darn funny!

My daughter is originally from another state & had been in Houston just a month when her first child was born. After a year, her marriage broke up & she wanted to come home to family & a job that was waiting for her. Her husband fought to keep their child in Houston so my daughter's choices were to live there without any support whatsoever, (no family, friends, or job), live here but leave her child behind (wasn't happening) or find the best damn attorney in Houston to help us. That's when I found Shawn & his staff. It was during the holidays & on a Friday that I left a message on his company website thinking I'd hear back the following week. Shawn called me after court that day, around 6pm his time, & was on the phone with me for nearly two hours. He never rushed me & even gave his personal number if I had further questions. During the next few months, I spoke with Shawn on several occasions. Never did he mind that he hadn't been hired. He just wanted to help. When we finally did hire him, Shawn & his staff were above reproach in their professionalism, their demeanor toward us, their quick response to our calls, & their handling of our case. I work with lawyers & I know firsthand how distant they can be. However, with Shawn I was considerably impressed with how he treated my daughter, cared about the outcome of her case & worked hard to achieve the results we wanted. This firm clearly stands for family, integrity, & results. Without a doubt I would use their services again if needed and I would certainly recommend The Rudisel Law Firm to anyone with a family matter needing the best team to help them. To my surprise, I was caught up in legal matters that I never dreamed would happen to me. I believe that God delivered me through the hard work of Mr. Alston.
