I had a big time screw up. Drunk at 7 in the evening while on felony probation. I gotta in a head on collision, going in excess of 100mph in a big diesel truck. With mark as the fearless legal eagle he is, I was offered probation ....let that sink in. He defended my me on the news, and in the court room I was a nightmare of a client and still ended up getting pretty much the minimum. If you have the spend it on him, you cant put a price on freedom

I had an old DUI that was still an open case from 2013. I now live in Indiana and could not travel to Texas to take care of the issue. I googled “lawyers in Houston” and Thiessen law firm was the 2nd firm I called. After explaining my issue to the receptionist she took my information and informed me I would be receiving a call from Mark. No joke, 2 minutes later my phone was ringing and it was Mark Thiessen. As discussed the issue and he offered to take my case. He worked out a very reasonable payment plan and within a month the case was dismissed! Throughout that time period I was kept in constant communication on what to do and what was needed from me. They even check up with me afterward, to ensure everything was good on my end!! Amazing and very understanding law firm when it came to my cases and personal situation. Handle both of my cases, and was able to give me the best outcome for my dwi’s. Always available during office hours with quick responses via phone, text, and email. Once hired Mr. Theissen stayed in contact with me and kept me updated. Even if it happened to be late into the evening. Made a scary situation, not as scary. Highly recommended.

So, where to begin...Mark Fought for me, fought for my 2nd chance in life, At 18 was accused of a crime, that simply wasn't true. Facing prison time and losing rights to see family as well as do certain things, in general, like go to the park go to the movies or even play my Xbox I was being tracked everywhere... I was going on a family trip two years ago, and the next thing you know I'm arrested by the police at the airport. Seeing my mother, little brother cries asking where was going why am I being taken away. I was hurting seeing my family sad over the situation as I got to the jail, I called my family in fear of missing them. I was locked up for 2 days released on the 3rd.
