I have hired Teri Walter's law firm for a dispute with a commercial tenant. The case was settled very professionally outside the court, during a one time mediation. The results were excellent and all parties involved obtained what they wanted.I definitely would recommend her firm for complicated litigations cases like mine was.

Ms. Walter charged me over $7,000 for a case that never even went to court. No litigation, no mediation, nothing. This was many years ago. I can't even imagine what her fees are like today. I would not recommend her for anything.
