Being falsely accused & never being in trouble with the law I found this time to be very difficult. After seeing a few attorneys I decided to go with Bill. Bill was honest, compassionate, and understanding of my situation and that this is a difficult time for a person's life, compared to others that were either arrogant or just wanted your money. Neal Davis has worked for my brother for 18 years to try to win justice for him. My brother Brian Franklin was sentenced to life, 22 years ago, for a crime he did not commit. I am a person who was caught up in a legally precarious situation not long ago. Needless to say I had quite a bit to lose and a felony conviction would have completely destroyed my livelihood. I just got my case dismissed today with the excellent work from Tyler Brock. I would call this as mission impossible. I have never ever thought the case can be dismissed and so quick. My wife and friend found Bill and all I can say is thank God they made an outstanding choice. I was facing serious charges and Bill helped guide my wife to get me into the best psychological hospital in Houston after being bailed out. I was able to get diagnosed and treated and eventually Bill was able to negotiate a not guilty by reason of insanity judgement. I had to be observed for 7 months in State hospitals before being released, but I can tell you it is far preferable than jail or prison. Today, 2 years on probation later, I am officially free and no longer under courts jurisdiction. Things went as good as they possibly could have for me and me. Everyone from my friends to my family to myself are incredibly thankful to have such a compassionate, intelligent and professional lawyer to help me through this life altering event. I do not know where to begin to express my thankfulness and respect I have for this man. There is no doubt in my mind that he is a true class act and a fighter for his client(s).
