Patrick O'Hara has a great attitude. He listened very patiently to my experience! I fell in a store, broke my shoulder, then developed an infection and required eight surgeries over a year and a half and it was almost two years before I was fully recovered. Patrick kept me up to date and always returned my calls, texts or emails immediately. He pushed for a great settlement. He was always professional, and caring. I highly recommend Jacobs, O'Hare, and McMullen.
