Thank you for this insightful article. I had a close contact with an aggressive Rottweiler earlier today. I decided to research about the breed of the dog and if it truly bites because the neighbours who owns it claims Rot does not bite. I am trying to learn how to handle the situation as I learn more about this dog.

My daughter was viciously attacked by a pit bull and had numerous bite wounds. The dog owner's insurance offered a very small amount for settlement but Atty.
