I was 10 days postpartum when we got into a wreck, at the time of I didn’t know what to think or do, but this firm was patient with me and they actually kept me on top of my own case with reminders of what I need to get turned in. They fought to get me back on my “A game” with all medical bills paid, my family is together and happy, thanks to Jim Adler and associate!

Celeste Garcia was very efficient, professional and fast. She answered all my questions and promptly finalized my case. All the other times I called Jim Alder's office I was met with no call backs; no prompt email answers. Jim Alder's office needs more professional employees like Ms. Celeste Garcia. I had lost my faith in Mr. Alder's office until Ms. Garcia took over my case!!! I know the caseload is heavy and COVID was in full swing, but that is no reason to ignore customer's request.

Just wow! The care they took with helping me! I was so relieved to have Jim Adler and his associates helping me through the mess of insurance and auto repair. The response time they have was also awesome, text, email, or by call, it was never hard to get a hold of my lawyer and get answers. Lord willing, I never get into another accident but if I do, I know I have one of the best teams of lawyers in my corner. Thank you so much to Ms. Saenz, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Reyes, Ms. Liliana, and of course Mr. Adler! You have my deepest gratitude, for making this so easy to deal with.

Elena is very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I would most understand. She made the whole process smooth and stress free. I can’t stress enough just how amazing she is. The world definitely needs more people like her in it. She will not disappoint and if your looking for any type of legal advice she should be your first line of defense.
