They were professional and understanding.
I just wish they updated me more frequently and it took a year after the accident to get everything settled with little to no contact. I had to reach out to them. But they were great overall.

I would just like to start off by saying this whole experience with Jim Adler and his associates was Amazing! Always notified me on any updates and acted quickly on my case. I was very satisfied with the outcome and my case worker Celeste Garcia, she was very professional and answered my questions when needed.
