My case manager and attorneys that i started with really never communicated with me at all. Didn't get back to me and took a long time to see any progress at all, But my case was transferred to a new case manager (Crystal Salinas) and she was just great, She helped me reduce expenses on my settlement, She kept in contact more than enough, and was kind, understanding, and had a great sense of urgency the whole time. She deserves 5 stars for her effort and for her results, Thank you so much!
