The process took some time but Jim Adler & Associates never gave up on me even when I was a bit difficult to get in touch with! Enjoyed working with their team and will call their office again if I ever run into any issues like this again! Crystal Salinas was really great and reliable!

It has been almost 5 years and paperwork have not been submitted. My husband has been on step 7 for more than a year. They have the paperwork but have not submitted yet. Does it really take a year to scan documents. They called and called to collect their money but they work as slow as a turtle. They never answer the phone and everything is slow due to Covid. I had friends that apply for Visas and less than a year they have been approved.

After a year and 3 rejections, we were about to give up on getting our disabled daughter benefits. Within 6 months, Jim Adler was able to win our case. Couldn’t be more appreciative for all the help and support. The only down side is the lack of communication once the settlement was filed. Megan still hasn’t gotten hers and we cannot seem to get JAA to help get this fixed. Overall positive reviews
