My auto accident case began June of 2019, the first 6 months was a drag, (for this reason I did not rate 5) but once Elisa Rodriguez took over my file, the process sped up drastically. She not only worked on preparing my packet but she stayed in contact with me giving updates. Thanks to Elisa and her hard work & dedication, I am now on the next process. I will keep reviewing as my case goes on.

Deciding to be represented by Jim Adler and associate is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Having to go to doctors appointments, hospital stays and adjusting to life with my diagnosed disability it felt almost impossible to go through the disability filing process. Adler & Associates took that feeling away. They made sure everything I went through was documented and all my paperwork was in order and filed the way the courts wanted it. They always kept me informed as to what was happening in my case and made me feel like they really understood what I am going through. After being denied twice for disability i was Not feeling very hopeful. Having a disorder that is not common made it very difficult to fill out the paperwork. Once i hire Jim Adlers office. I did NOTHING. They had all medical history, filled out my paperwork , and asked questions at the hearing that showed what I’m physically capable of. I’m sure without them i would not have the outcome i got. Me and my family truly appreciate our lawyers diligence with my case. Thank you so much!

***PLEASE READ*** Back in 2018, I was in an accident when I was pregnant with my now one year old son. I decided to reach out to Jim Adler’s office after reading the great reviews. I am sad to say that I am highly disappointed with this company all around. My case is now over a year old (going on two years) and we still have not reached a conclusion. I expect these kinds of things to take time, but they are not cooperating or coordinating with me in a timely fashion. It seems as though nothing gets done unless I take initiative. They have been waiting for medical records from the providers I seen after the accident and have not followed up. I had to call majority of the doctors myself. Two of them did not receive a request and another moved to another state, so I had to email him. None of this would have been known if I did not step forward. They are unresponsive. They do not call me to update me with how my case is going. I have to constantly call and most times they do not get back in touch with me until over a week. Their turnaround time for a call back is 48 hours! Not only that, I have not met these people yet. Someone came to my home to retrieve pictures of the accident and had me sign paperwork after the accident. After this, I was never asked to come to the office. With that being said, I don’t really know exactly what’s going on with my case because of the lack of communication. They tried to lowball me on the settlement. I was pregnant and suffered tremendously because of the accident. I expressed this to them, but the fact that I was pregnant and could not continue treatment bc of this made my case bad in their eyes. I do not feel like they are fighting for me. I am lenient and very understanding, but I feel as though this company is taking advantage and not taking my case seriously bc I am only 22 years old.

Karina DaSilva and Elisa Rodriguez were assigned to my case. They were very flexible and available to any questions and concerns working my case , always contacted me with updated information regarding my case very assuring and made me feel comfortable and trustworthy with them handling my case and working on getting me the best offer and that they did!
