My experience at the Channelview office was very good! The case moved so much quicker as soon as I went to the office. They would call me every once in awhile to give me updates on the case.

All 5 of these stars are for NORMA VILLAREAL... Bent over backwards to get me my money. She needs a promotion, a raise, company jet, and 50k cash from mr adler. As for the rest of the firm....nobody ever called me or seem to give two craps if i was dead. Wouldnt even call back or respond to an email. Once again Norma villareal is a god among insects and deserves at least a years paid vacation and a company leased yacht to float in the Caribbean for the rest of her days. #norma4president2020

Was happy with the way my questions where answered every time I called at the beginning of my case but now I’m very disappointed and unhappy with my case worker Kelly . I understand I’m not the only case she has but I’ve been calling her many many times to only speak to her voicemail and no call backs . I feel brushed away by my case worker . Here I’m thinking ok so judge approved my case favorable and now I hear nothing from my caseworker . What’s the sense hiring or having a case worker I can’t get in touch with and my calls going to be Ignored. So very unhappy with her services
