My husband was in a horrible accident that totaled his work truck and sent him to the hospital. He was out of work for weeks as he was having to have physical therapy. Panicked not knowing how we would recover medically and financially, we reached out to Jim Adler for guidance. Maria Estrada, our case worker, immediately began investigating our case, gathered medical bills, police reports, and lost wages information. Maria kept in constant contact with us regarding our case and was always available to answer questions (even when we asked the same question several times). She broke down the process step by step and handled each step with prestige and care. Maria's hard work and dedication to our case provided us with a huge relief. We did not have to focus on our financial loss, as she was hammering it out with insurance companies. Our sole focus was on my husband's recovery.
