Mr. Hart is the most thorough attorney I've ever known. He truly cares for his clients and leaves no stone unturned in fighting for their well-being.

I have known the partners at William, Kherkher, Heart and Bounds law firm since about 1993. Were I to try and describe them using one word I’d use integrity. While I have never had to use them personally other than an arbitration, I have worked with them over the years with scores of other cases. Many of the people represented by us were helped when facing unjust disciplines and termination. Jim Hart has personally taken interest in most of those cases by speaking to those represented and encouraged them always to be honest and truthful. I have also personally witnessed their effectiveness in helping people who were injured in accidents and in cases where wrongful death left families as victims. They have taken on some of the biggest law firms in the United States to help victims that otherwise would have been forgotten. I heartily recommend them to anyone needing attorneys who care and will give them full support. They will be honest up front concerning the standing of a case and will not lead victims into battles they cannot win. Twenty-five years I have known them and if I needed an attorney today I would immediately turn to them.
