Montes & Guevara were truly an amazing team to me. Stephanie and Joseph were very through at explaining a process that was unknown to me. They worked diligently to prepare me and my case. Not only did I needed help in a Criminal case but in a Custody case as well. They continually encouraged me and I’m extremely happy and satisfied with all the services they both provided to me. I 100% recommend their law firm to anyone who’s in need of a true and honest legal service.

They completely ignore all of my calls, especially when I needed legal advice. I received a poor settlement amount for the damages to my truck. I kept trying to get an attorney to help me fight for a higher payout, but never even received a callback. Ive been calling once a week for 4 months, and have to threaten to go to another firm to get a return call. Then nobody will even follow up with me. The doctors office they use can’t even schedule an appointment correctly. I’ve drove across town a number of times just to be turned away. I’ve done all the leg work in my case. I’m pretty sure the other insurance company would have never accepted responsibility for the accident if I hadn’t of been on top of it myself. Overall big mistake, hopefully by 2028 they will have settled my case and I get my pennies on the dollar for my Injuries.

!! Always double check for clerical mistakes !! The incorrect date of birth on the court order was overlooked and will now cost me an additional $2,500 to my already $6,000 if I decided to stay with this firm. Finding new legal representation to fix this. Very disappointed.

I read previous reviews proclaiming Joseph Guevara as a “Man of the People..” and I can genuinely agree with that. The work he and Stephanie Montes did for me was beyond excellent. If anybody is having any sort of legal issues, Guevara and Montes are the people to call.

I was very satisfied with the outcome of my case. They answered any questions I had along the way and also walking me through the process of the whole thing. The main thing was getting me to the right doctors and getting the PT I needed to recover from my injury’s due to my wreck.
