Armi's Army make going through difficult times so much easier, even though its not! We lived at Canyon Gate at Cinco Ranch and lost everything including our source of retirement funds and our home it gives us hope to see this group stand up for us and our community!

Where to begin - Armi Easterby and his team were one of a few law firms I went to listen to after Harvey to see what their thoughts were on the flooding in our area. Before the town hall, Armi spent about 45 minutes with me on the phone answering my very specific questions. He was informative, empathetic, and supportive of our family (an so many others). Not only do we believe we are being represented by the best, they keep all of us up-to-date and included in the process. Armi is my lawyer. If you want justice and you want a firm that is capable, approachable, compassionate and not money first, but client first, this is the right firm. Williams Hart has been representing my husband I regarding our flooding from Hurricane Harvey. We’ve attended several very informative meetings which clearly showed how well we are represented and spelled out what really happened during the flooding. We also attended sessions in the Courts. After experiencing unexpected 2 feet of flooding and the loss of all contents and autos with our 1 story home, there was much confusion and debate over how an area not designated as a flood zone was actually intentionally flooded by the Corp of Engineers. There was never clear communication nor explanation of the pending consequences to the upstream residents by releasing the flood control gates of the barker reservoir. All this added insult and the feeling of betrayal from our Government. Our community sought credible local legal representation with integrity and sincerity to uplift both our hope and spirits in efforts toward restitution for seizing property and possessions without consent. The Legal firm of Williams Hart and the team of Armi's Army represents all the attributes we sought in professional expertise, work ethic and sincere interest one would expect as being family. I witnessed the closing arguments here in Houston at the Federal Court proceedings and was so proud of the Armi Team of their oral presentation and preparation with detail surveys and visual images. Armi's consistent communication with their clients has given all of the assurance and confidence that their efforts were collecting a most compelling case in our favor. In addition, we all felt that we were all participant's in contribution to the evidence and submission of repair documents , photos, and being asked to join in with attendance during the local court proceedings. The attorneys and staff at Williams Hart have done an amazing job helping the hundreds of upstream households injured in Hurricane Harvey. Our families have suffered tremendously, and the decision to participate in a lawsuit against those who operate the Reservoirs and who damaged our property was personally a difficult decision.
