Back in 2018 my father was sentenced to 29 years in prison for being parked in the driver seat and blowing over the legal limit- he had two previous DWI’s (none of which he had ever injured people or property) and the small town judge apparently wanted to make an example out of him. Did he deserve to serve some time? Probably. But 29 years for an already 55 year old man- completely unfair. He served 5 years with good behavior but kept getting denied for parole. That’s when I hired Mr. Darrow’s firm. They simply had us send in letters to the parole board in support of my dad and Mr. Darrow met with the board soon after. They almost immediately approved my father’s release. He came back home to his family today- sober and determined to stay that way. I don’t think that we would have seen him again on the outside if it weren’t for Mr. Darrow’s expertise.
