Paul is a really fantastic DWI attorney and his help allowed me to move on with my life!

We hired Darrow for a criminal investigation. He did basically nothing for %5,000. He went on vacation at the start of the case, then comes back to do nothing. The investigator filed charges when they most definitely shouldn't have been filed.

Never once i thought my case could get dismiss, i had everything goin against me but he never gave up and got it dismiss. He answers phone calls late at night and txt msgs all day eavn on holidays. If you are in trouble he is youre guy

Mr. Benavides is the best lawyer in the world. He saved me and my whole family within just 10 days. I was charged by the DA for assaulting a family member, which was not true. I thought everything was clear and I had all the evidence to prove my innocence, and the court wouldn't do anything rather than dismiss the case without any conditions. But, I was wrong, and I never had a chance. The court assigned a lawyer to me, but he never wanted to talk to me. Instead, he implied that I should take the court plea offer with conditions including one year PTI. Bad idea that was. I wish I had found Mr. Benavides right at the beginning instead of the two month painful wait time to appear at the Court. Now I am innocent, back to normal life. Happy to see there are good people who can really help those in need. Thank you , Mr. Benavides, you did a superb job!

To say Eric Benavides is an amazing lawyer is an understatement. Eric truly saved my life, my job, my everything. I unfortunately got a misdemeanor, assault of a family member, that then turned into an additional two felonies. I had hired Eric before, with great results (dismissal), so naturally I contacted him. I was scared to death about losing my job or even my freedom over this. Eric not only worked diligently on my cases, he made me feel as least stressed as anyone could in that kind of situation. Eric was able to get my two felonies thrown out by the grand jury and he got my misdemeanor dismissed. I knew he was good, but he is more than good, he's INCREDIBLE. Everything you would want in a lawyer when you're going through a tough time in life; intelligent, kind, honest, reasonable, and empathetic. I would recommend Eric a million times over.
